Music Ministry
“Make a joyful noise unto the Lord.”
Our worship services offer a variety of traditional hymns as well as current
Christian music. Our choir may be small, but they are mighty, and it shows when they offer a monthly anthem which never disappoints. The choir is led by Vicki Smith and practices on Wednesday’s at 4:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

The Mission Team at Piperton UMC, with the generous support of our congregation, is actively involved in both local and global outreach. Through donations, volunteer work, and compassionate service, we strive to make a
meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Local Outreach
- Southwest Elementary School: Donated school supplies to support students and teachers.
- Ronald McDonald House: Collected and delivered soda tabs throughout the year.
- Fayette Cares: Collected food and clothing year-round. The church now serves as a drop-off location, and our team helps sort clothes monthly.
- Calvary Rescue Mission (newly added): Serve at their monthly luncheon. Help sort gifts for their annual Christmas giveaway. Provided handmade knit hats for recipients. Assist with setup for their annual fundraiser banquet.
- Firefighter Support Basket (new initiative): Collect snacks and monetary donations.
- Golden Cross Senior Ministries: collect food and household items for residents in senior living facilities
- Lakeshore Camp: Donated funds for camper scholarships.
Global & Regional Missions
- Operation Christmas Shoebox: Collected items and monetary donations for children in need worldwide.
- UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief): Provided financial support.
