- Chair Yoga
Mondays & Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m.
A gentle introduction to yoga, perfect for beginners or those seeking a low-impact practice. All movements are performed seated or with the support of a chair.
- Advanced Yoga
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
More advanced floor-based classes using mats, suitable for all levels.
All classes are open to everyone, male and female.
Fees:
- $40/month for two classes per week
- Or $7 per individual class
Payments are made directly to our certified instructors.
